8:48AM - Be natural ?

I say just be natural. I know that many guys tell me that I look better with no makeup, and that I look good just the way I am. I completely agree, and I don't think that a women should have to change who she is or what she looks like for any man. If a man cannot accept her how she is then he needs to get help. The media needs to change their attitude about women and how they are supposed to look. Magazines, posters, books, etc need to start advertising more natural women without the makeup, fake boobs, anorexia, long hair and legs. We need the real and not the fake.

Here's an interesting way to enhance lips for those interested in serious lip enlargement or having temporarily bigger lips. Luscious Lips is a lip plumper for natural enhancement and needs to be used for only a few seconds each day. This small hand-held plumper is very easy to use and increases lip size quickly and provides perfectly natural looking results, maybe lasting all day.

9:07PM - Phase 2 starch blocker

The gold standard for starch blockers is now undoubtedly the white kidney bean extract, nowadays known rather better as the Phase 2 starch blocker. This is said to block a surprising number of starch calories from starch-rich meals, although food combinations are very relevant to this. Mixed meals do not seem to allow for as much starch blocking activity, but still taking Phase 2 is likely to prove worthwhile.

8:36PM - Breast growth discussion forum

There is a long-standing discussion forum which should be of some interest to all those wanting information on that most modern of topics natural breast enhancement or enlargement. This is in fact very long-standing so there's a considerable amount of stuff to read there for anyone who is looking for such an accumulation of views and experiences, though it deals mainly with the Wonderup product. Certainly worth a look.

1:21PM - Fenugreek, fennel, red clover

A woman’s breasts are so closely associated with her sexuality and beauty that many women attach enormous importance to improving and enhancing them. For years women employed different exercises to increase, firm and tone the breasts. Then implants were introduced and breast augmentation surgery gained popularity, but many women are hesitant to go under the knife for good reason. Now there are breast enhancement pills, which are a formulation of various herbs having estrogenic properties such as fennel fenugreek red clover and so on. The concept of a pill to enhance a woman’s breasts versus painful surgery is obviously appealing, particularly since the intended result is an increase in natural breast tissue. The herbs can also be taken individually, which is the course of action preferred by some women, although the anticipated mode of action is exactly the same.

4:03PM - The mythical Spanish Fly

This insect is certainly found in Spain, but also in other countries in the Mediterranean region. It's known as the blister beetle and secrets a substance which can easily produce skin blisters. This substance is called cantharidin and was isolated in by a chemist in1810. Cantharidin that is reputed to be an aphrodisiac not the spanish fly beetle, although the traditional way of obtaining the cantharidin is not to collect or extract it, but to gather the beetles and to crush them to powder which will therefore contain cantharidin. This insect is not a fly and not Spanish either

8:42PM - Basil

Basil is an annual herb which is native to India and Iran. In India it was a sacred herb and it was believed that if a leaf of basil was buried with them it would be a passport to heaven. Basil is grown commercially in the Mediterranean and in California. The botanical name for Basil, Ocimum basilicum, is derived from the Greek "to be fragrant." In ancient Rome the name for Basil was Basilescus, in reference to Basilisk, the fire breathing dragon. They thought that ingesting basil would protect them against Basilisk. In Haiti basil is thought to belong to the goddess Erzulie, and in Italy basil is regarded as a sign of love. In Romania if a young lady offers a young man a sprig of basil, and he accepts, they are officially engaged.

8:34PM - Herbal breast enlargement

It's impossible of course to discuss any body image matters without paying due deference to the various available products for breast enhancement, mainly pills for bigger breasts After carefully running the rule over 86 different brands, the one I favour above all others is Wonderup, a European product and Europe's first ever product of this kind. It's worth taking a look for yourself.
